Elaboración: Corte los tomates y las cebollas por la mitad. Corte el apio en trozos de 3cm aproximadamente. En una parrilla bien caliente ase los medallones de Delmónico al término deseado. Durante la cocción de la carne coloque los tomates, las cebollas y el apio en la parrilla. Ase los vegetales por ambos lados al igual que los medallones procurando marcarlos con la parrilla. Sal gruesa y pimienta fresca. Sirva con papa asada o simplemente con los vegetales asados
